Steve and I spent the afternoon spreading gravel on our lawn. Oh, our aching backs! The lawn has been a soggy bog here in Albany, and this is a recommended remedy. On a lighter note, the neighbor's tree drapes across the fence and fills one corner of the back yard with these spectacular blooms. Oregon is wonderful!
